A visionary leader and the driving force behind the Ambuja Neotia Group, Mr. Neotia is celebrated for his hands-on involvement in every project. Representing the next generation of leadership, Mr. Parthiv Neotia focuses on innovation, technology, and sustainability to drive the company’s future growth.

Mr. Damani, a Chartered Accountant by qualification, plays a pivotal role in the leadership of Ambuja Neotia, with responsibilities spanning finance, hospitality, and real estate.

As the Group CFO, he leads financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management, while overseeing budgeting, investment decisions, compliance, and financial governance. Additionally, he is closely involved in strategic planning, land acquisition, financial structuring, joint ventures, and business development for real estate business.

In his capacity as CEO of Ambuja Neotia Hotel Ventures Limited, he heads the hospitality business, driving operational efficiency, portfolio expansion, and brand alignment across hotels and resorts.

Mr. Ajay Bisaria holds a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, a master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a master's degree in Public Policy from Princeton University.

Mr. Bisaria is currently a corporate strategic advisor, providing guidance to global businesses on geopolitics and regulatory matters. He advises OMERS in India, alongwith several companies in private equity, fintech, health tech, and more. He is also a Distinguished Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF).

Mr. Bisaria is a former Indian diplomat with a distinguished 35-year career in foreign service. He has held key positions in some of India's most critical economic and security relationships. He served as the High Commissioner of India to Canada from March 2020 to June 2022, and prior to that, as the High Commissioner of India to Pakistan from December 2017 to February 2020.

Mr. Bisaria has also represented India at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and served in various capacities in Indian embassies in Berlin and Moscow. Within the Ministry of External Affairs, the Department of Commerce, and the Prime Minister’s Office, he has played a significant role, including being a key aide to Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Bisaria is recognized as a specialist in India's Eurasia policy, having worked extensively with Russia, Ukraine, and Central Asia. Before joining the diplomatic service, he worked with American Express Bank and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Delhi.

Mr. Amit Dutta is a Partner at Hunch Ventures and the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Hunch Mobility, a JV with BLADE US, focused on advancing urban air mobility in India. Hunch Ventures invests across diverse sectors including healthcare, logistics, lifestyle, air mobility, media, F&B, and co-working spaces.

Through Hunch Mobility, Mr. Dutta is spearheading efforts to establish leadership in short-haul aviation and facilitate the transition to electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft in India, with support from the Ministry of Civil Aviation. He also chairs the CII Taskforce on short-haul mobility and supports state governments in helicopter tourism initiatives.

Mr. Dutta began his entrepreneurial journey with Quintessentially Lifestyle Services and LH Consulting, catering to high-end clientele. At Hunch Ventures, he drives lifestyle investments including Quorum, GoodTimes, Oceanaire, and Teamonk. He also serves on the boards of MPL (UK) and CHS (Canada), involved in port logistics and healthcare tech respectively. He helped establish The Circle co-working platform and CII’s startup accelerator.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Mr. Dutta held senior roles at Hindustan Unilever, Reliance, GM, and American Express. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University. He is also actively involved in academia, teaching at leading business schools.
